It would be a good idea to read this article in The Guardian about the Nuts relaunch in August 2011. It includes details about the new content, and the new strapline: "When you REALLY need something funny." The article makes an interesting note of the research done prior to the relaunch with 1000 men aged between 16-24 - which differs from IPCs own demographic target audience noted on their website.
